How to apply?

Junia HEI’s engineering degree is delivered after 5 years of study: an integrated preparatory course (3 years) equivalent to undergraduate studies followed by 2 years of Master-level specialized courses and professional experience.

Interested candidates may apply to join at any level except the final year (5th year, M2).

See the general requirements below for each level of study. Specific programs may have additional requirements, check the program page to be sure.

Requirements

Qualifications for admission may vary according to your desired programme of study. Be sure to check the programme page for full details.

Undergraduate (Bachelor-level) – French or English

  • For French-taught programs, a minimum B1 level in French certified by an official test score (DELF, DALF or equivalent), except students from countries where French is an official language.
  • For English-taught program, a B2 level in English certified by an official test score (TOEFL IBT, TOEIC, IELTS or equivalent), except students from countries where English is an official language.
  • Minimum B1 level in English certified by an official test score (TOEFL IBT, TOEIC, IELTS or equivalent), except students from countries where English is an official language.

Graduate (Master of Science and Engineering) – French or English

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering Sciences related to the desired programme
  • B2 level in language of instruction (French or English) certified by an official test score (DELF, DALF, French Bac, TOEFL IBT, TOEIC, IELTS or equivalent), except students from countries where the desired language of instruction is an official language.
  • For French-taught programs, a minimum B1 level in English certified by an official test score (TOEFL IBT, TOEIC, IELTS or equivalent), except students from countries where English is an official language.
  • French is NOT required for admission to English-taught programs, but is highly recommended.

Application procedure

  • Complete the online application form

    First, applicants must create an account on our online application platform.

    Then, you must complete the application form and upload all required documents:

    • National ID or passport
    • Updated CV
    • Motivation letter
    • Official transcripts from all higher education, including current year
    • All completed diplomas,
    • Recommendation letter (optional)
    • Official language certificate (french and/or english) – see prerequisites

    Other documents may be requested according to your profile. Please respond to requests for further information promptly as incomplete applications will not be considered.

  • Etudes en France

    If your current country of residence is listed below, you must complete the Etudes en France procedure in parallel with your Junia admission application:

  • Interview with Academic Director and International Relations Office

    Graduate applicants are invited to participate in a 30-min interview (videoconference) with the Academic Advisor desired program. This step is important to assessing your motivation for studying at Junia HEI and, most of all, gives us the chance to get to know you better.

  • Calendar

    Graduate admission will open on October 25th, 2021.

    Undergraduate admission will open on January 10th, 2022.

    The deadline of application is May 15th, 2022.
